Giving Back in Healthcare

At ThriveMDConnect, giving back is an integral part of our mission. It's our way of expressing gratitude to the hardworking and dedicated healthcare professionals who selflessly provide care to others every day.

Why Giving Back Matters

Giving back allows us to show a simple thank you to all those hardworking and tireless healthcare workers that never ask, but just give to help each other and the patients they care for each and every day.

How We Give Back

We currently provide talent development training programs and services at no cost for healthcare professionals who are new to the country or transitioning between careers. This helps them integrate and thrive in their new roles.

Our Desired Impact

We simply hope to see each of the healthcare professionals we work with each day feel happy and secure in what they are learning and to be able to foster a long-term partnership with each and every one of them as a clinical ally.

Our Passions

We are extremely passionate about supporting 3 key segments of healthcare: remote care to underfunded communities, quicker surgical access to advanced interventional procedures, and ongoing talent development for new and experienced health care professionals.

Mercy Ships

In Africa, We Provide Free Medical Care

Every year, surgeries and dental treatments are performed free of charge for people in need.

We are committed to providing healthcare for all, reaching out to marginalized communities.

This medical care is made possible by the donations we receive and the commitment of 2,500 volunteers who have been joining us on humanitarian aid missions every year for over 45 years!

To carry out these missions, we use a fleet of civilian hospital ships: the Africa Mercy and the Global Mercy.

Doctors Without Borders

Right now, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) teams are providing critical medical assistance to people facing humanitarian crises in more than 70 countries around the world. This includes emergency care for millions of people affected by conflict in places such as Palestine, Haiti, Sudan, Ukraine and Yemen, among many others.
